The offer does not apply to policies bought through a comparison service, unless Queensland Country Health Fund states otherwise. Eligibility and other conditions apply.

Buy Better Hospital (Silver+), Signature Hospital (Silver+) or Vital Hospital (Bronze+) with Extras in one transaction by 10 January 2027. The offer closes at 11:59pm AEST that day. Core Hospital is not eligible, and neither is Budget Hospital (Basic+), which the terms do not list.

The 6 weeks free is applied after 4 weeks of continuous eligible cover, once full payment has been received and the policy is on direct debit.

The waiver applies to the extras part of the policy only. Hospital waiting periods and any extras waiting periods longer than 6 months still apply.

Not available to anyone who received a joining offer or other discount on Queensland Country Health Fund cover in the last 18 months. That includes a corporate discount. Existing members changing their policy and employees of Queensland Country Health Fund or HBF are also excluded. The same applies to employees of any agent or related entity of either fund.
